First: Never, ever believe in advertisements for miracle products,those who say that you will lose weight overnight, in false food supplements, in advertisements for devices that vibrate, excitingthings that make no effort, if you do not endeavor, you will not lose weight. Do not waste your money on any of this, start by just changing your eating habits and do some exercise, even justwalking.
Second: Never take any medication without medical advice, and if so, do a check on their health and follow your doctor's recommendation. Avoid medicines that affect your brain, I've seencases of people who were taking medication controlled and still hadserious mental problems over time. Avoid, if possible, any medicine, make a regular diet, natural exercise.
