How do I prepare my breakfast
As you can see
, peak
garlic into
small pieces and
swallow
the pieces of
garlic and
ginger tea
every day
in the morning before
breakfast.
Then
I take
breakfast with
toast
, crackers
or
bread and
skim milk
.
