Great week for weight loss

 

Well, I will show the receipt of this week, which was very productive, I lost more weight this week than in any other, and as you can see on the receipt, the blood pressure is great, and my weight, which last week was 199,08 pounds, this week reached 195,55 pounds, down 3,53 pounds in a week, go on, go on and have to be the motto of those who really want to lose weight, stress and never quit, setting a goal, buy a clothing as you want to achieve and do everything to serve it, but always in a healthy way, changing eating habits, drinking plenty of water, cutting down on salt and sugar, stirring the body, and very importantly, do not smoke nor drink alcohol , it always remains healthy, and be persistent, I've lost weight 33,7 pounds and I'll soon get to my original goal, which is 187,39 pounds.

FINALLY UPDATED AND MORE LEAN

Finally I update the blog with the latest receipts of weight and look after the holiday period, I started losing weight again in a proper rhythm, weighing today, 05/07/2012 198.42 pounds, which makes me very happy because I am weighing less than 200 pounds, great, give the receipts to date, and remember, stay healthy.

Bicycle

This week we had days of vacation, weekend and holiday on Tuesday, yesterday, and today it's raining too much, but the main thing is not to neglect the power to continue the same pace, and when the rain stops, I start my trips and turns to work by bicycle, and do my walking at lunchtime, as I always do.
