Just a reminder to those who have followed the blog, there is no magic formula for weight loss, no product, medication or equipment that makes one lose weight, one thing is important, willpower and perseverance, so never believe in anything that offer saying that will burn fat, you have to start changing the lifestyle, mentalize that you can and must change, replace processed foods for fresh and natural, do not drink any soda, not drinking alcohol, not smoking, drink too much water , ginger tea in the morning before breakfast, lots of fruit, many vegetables, bread, biscuits, cut the sugar and do not drink coffee. By doing this, small meals throughout the day will lose weight for sure.
