Today I will speak of what I have done in terms of exercise. In fact, I have not doneanything special, just taking advantage estpu not going to work by car, which really saves on fuel and gain health, and also enjoy the fact that the distance from my house to the work of one hour walk at a good pace, then that is what I have done,all the days of walking from work to home. And at lunchtime, as we have a range of1:30, do some stretching, pushups, crunches, but nothing too pulled for a while ... but look, do not want to stay with this tummy healed or anything, just want to lose weightand be lighter, healthier
