Today I will speak of what I have done in terms of exercise. In factI have not doneanything special, just taking advantage estpu not going to work by car, which really saves on fuel and gain health, and also enjoy the fact that the distance from my house to the work of one hour walk at a good pacethen that is what I have done,all the days of walking from work to home. And at lunchtimeas we have a range of1:30do some stretching, pushups, crunches, but nothing too pulled for a while ... but look, do not want to stay with this tummy healed or anythingjust want to lose weightand be lighterhealthier
